The next Sciences Po/Banque de France research seminar: "Banks and the Financial System : what regulation? " will host David Thesmar (Professor, MIT Sloan) who will talk about: “Over- and Under-Reaction in the Formation of Economic Expectations”. Jeanne Hagenbach (Professor, Sciences Po) will also give her views on the subject.
